PRINT GUIDE SPECIFICATIONS

• Published the week of June 15
• 25,000 copies distributed in HRM and NS Tourist entry points
• All ads are full color
• Ads not submitted to spec are subject to $50/hour design fee
• All quoted prices are subject to 13% HST
• Specific ad placement cannot always be guaranteed — please confirm with ad sales contact regarding placement availability
• Email ads to Kate Sinclair AND Kasia Morrison. If ads are over 10 MB, contact Kate Sinclair for FTP upload information, or to send a disk.
• Payment terms are net 15 days, invoices issued at time of publication
• Please print and fi ll in the order form on the second page of this document and fax to 902.425.7946 to confirm your booking

• Ads should be built to exact size, no bleeds
• Files should be in CMYK. Any Pantone/spot colours will be converted to CMYK. We cannot guarantee exact colour matching.
• Files should be a minimum of 240 dpi, 300 dpi is preferred
• Files should be named with YOUR name

Accepted formats:

  • PDF with fonts outlined
  • 300 dpi TIFF
  • 300 dpi JPG
  • EPS with fonts outlined

NOT accepted formats:

  • Any Microsoft Office documents (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
  • Corel Draw files (.cdr)
