Dani is a versatile composer, sound designer, saxophonist and improviser. He is also in demand as a performance artist, choreographer and instrument inventor. Dani works with the some of world's top artists (Alain Trudel, Sam Rivers, Andy Milne, Sara Shelton Mann, Jerry Granelli, Barry Guy) and is a regularly featured performer at many festivals. Based in Halifax, Dani has worked in many circles: modern dance, breakdance, Celtic, Jazz and new groups and as a composer and wild frontman for the popular dance-band, Gypsophilia. He has led dozens of improvisation masterclasses for local and national organizations and also holds a faculty position at Acadia University. Oore's music is frequently heard on TV, radio and webcasts and his work is the subject of a Larry Jackman film "Solo: for Multiple Voices."
